Lauren Hooks, PT, DPT believes that great physical therapy starts with seeing the whole person. She takes a personalized approach to care, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual goals, needs, and lifestyle of every patient she works with.
Lauren brings genuine passion to the profession — showing up with energy, encouragement, and enthusiasm to help patients not just recover, but thrive. Her priority is creating a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel empowered to learn, grow, and reach their goals.
A central Illinois native, Lauren developed a love of running early on, competing throughout high school and college. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University before making Chicago her home. You’ll often find her exploring the city on foot — running the lakefront path, wandering through neighborhoods, or checking out a new fitness studio. She’s also an avid reader.
