Graston Technique


Graston technique, also known as scraping is an alternative technique to manipulate soft tissue. Think of a foam rolling, but more effective.


Specially designed stainless-steel instruments with unique edges and angles are used to press the skin against the muscle. The rubbing promotes blood flow to repair the treated area and recover faster.
